Childbirth preparation and well-being
The purpose of prenatal classes is to inform you and prepare you for childbirth and welcoming your baby.
They cover the course of labor, pain management, breathing, and first aid for the newborn.
Sophrology
Sophrology is a relaxation method that uses breathing, muscle relaxation, and visualization. It helps to better manage stress and emotions, and to experience pregnancy and childbirth more serenely.

Breathing and body method
This gentle approach combines conscious breathing, movement, and relaxation to promote better physical and emotional balance. It helps develop body awareness, improve posture, and restore freer breathing in everyday life.

Prenatal singing
Prenatal singing is a moment of relaxation and connection between the expectant mother and her baby. Through breathing, voice, and simple melodies, it helps to experience pregnancy more serenely, release tension, and create a unique bond with the child before birth.

Acupressure
The aim is to discover and practice applying pressure to different acupuncture points to achieve the Bonapace effect, which is to reduce the painful perception of uterine contractions during childbirth.
Not only will strong to intense pressure applied to these acupressure points by the partner or the mother herself provide relief, but it can also accelerate labor and cervical dilation. This session is best done with two people.
Pool
Prenatal swimming is a gentle approach that allows expectant mothers to experience a special moment with their baby while preparing their bodies for childbirth.
In the water, the body feels lighter, movements are more fluid, and muscle tension is reduced. This sensation of weightlessness promotes relaxation, improves breathing, and helps relieve back pain, heavy legs, or discomforts associated with pregnancy.
The sessions are tailored to each expectant mother, regardless of her fitness level. It's not swimming, but gentle exercises combining:
-
breathing and relaxation
-
pelvic mobility
-
flexibility and stretching exercises
-
postural work
-
exercises promoting well-being during pregnancy and preparation for childbirth
